Key Objectives
This role is critical in mentoring business leaders to understand existing ‘order to process’ business functions versus new initiatives, driving through implementation and improvements, deploying Salesforce.com solutions across all areas of the business. Working closely with Commercial Managers, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, Developers, Business Users, and global Customers to ensure successful delivery of projects that enhance overall business efficiency and value.

Sales Cloud

Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, helping to drive through understanding and key objectives
- Analyse, evaluate, and document business processes using Visio and lean principles
- Break down complex processes into manageable segments for business and technical teams
- Drive organisational change through business process re-design and best practices
- Document software application requirements using Agile user stories and acceptance criteria in ServiceNow
- Facilitate and document solution discussions from both business and design perspectives
- Own and document all user case scenarios associated with business processes
- Retain in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Object Structure and associated data to support solution design
- Manage all aspects of solution implementation, including testing, training, data conversions, and migration planning
Proven knowledge and experience in deploying the following Salesforce Clouds and functionality:
Sales Cloud
- New Business Leads, Accounts and Finance, New opportunities
- Products & Opportunity Products (stocked and configurable)
- Standard Salesforce Price-books
- Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote / Revenue Cloud
- Case Management fields and processes
- Case Escalation processes
- Case assignment rules
- e-Commerce
- Self Service
- Partner Portals
- Minimum 5 years of sales, manufacturing, commercial, or business experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience applying Salesforce Applications to business needs within a global organisation
- Strong knowledge of the Sales Lifecycle, with emphasis on sales funnel management, products, pricing, and quoting
- Knowledge of e-Commerce solutioning is advantageous
- Lean / Six Sigma certification(s) is a plus
- Agile / Scrum knowledge or experience in Agile Project Management environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related subject is desirable
